Clearwater Beach is set to roar with excitement this weekend as the 16th Annual XINSURANCE Clearwater Offshore Nationals kicks off September 27 & 28. Hosted by Race World Offshore, this high-octane event brings some of the world’s fastest powerboats and most talented racers to the Florida Gulf Coast for two days of thrilling competition. Racing begins Saturday from 1:00–3:00 p.m., but the and continues on Sunday, September 28, from noon to 4:00 p.m., where the top teams battle it out on the 5-mile course. With thousands of fans and spectator boats, Clearwater Beach is set for a weekend full of speed, adrenaline, and excitement.
Beyond the action on the water, the Clearwater Offshore Nationals create a festival-like atmosphere for fans of all ages. Visitors can enjoy food, parties, and meet-and-greet opportunities with the racers, all while soaking in Clearwater’s world-class beach setting. This year’s event is especially meaningful, as last year’s race was canceled due to Hurricane Helene, making the 2025 return even more anticipated.
