Race Week has officially kicked off, and the excitement is noticeable as the 43rd Annual Key West World Championships unfolds! Just yesterday, the festivities began with the First State Bank World’s Fastest Boat Parade, where fans and competitors gathered to celebrate this thrilling event. The energy along Duval Street was contagious, and now, as teams finalize the set up of their pit locations, the anticipation continues to build in the Montlick Injury Attorney’s Race Village.
With over 70 boats registered, this year is going to deliver three days of racing. Competitors are busy finalizing registration and mingling amongst fans and crew members, hoping to become World Champions on Sunday! Mark your calendars for the exciting races on Wednesday, November 6th, Friday, November 8th, and Sunday, November 10th, as the best in offshore powerboat racing compete for glory in the beautiful waters of Key West.
