We’re looking for volunteers to help at the main gate, mid gate, VIP gate, and event breakdown. Most shifts are on Wednesday, Nov. 5, Friday, Nov. 7, and Sunday, Nov. 9 from 8 AM–Noon and Noon–4 PM. Set-up shifts are available Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning, and breakdown will take place Sunday afternoon. Tasks include assisting with décor and signage setup, checking credentials at entrance points, watching for prohibited items, answering guest questions, resetting VIP seating, and helping with the teardown of chairs, tables, banners, and décor.
Volunteers will receive access for one (1) to the General Admission seating area on all three race days, an official RWO shirt, and plenty of thanks. If you’re available and want to help the event run smoothly, we’d love to have you.
