After a long nine months since Key West, Race World Offshore is back and ready to deliver an exciting weekend for racers and fans in Michigan City THIS WEEKEND (August 1–3, 2025)! We’re bringing high-speed action, live entertainment, and community fun to the shoreline, and we can’t wait to see everyone out supporting offshore racing at its best. From Friday’s BrewFest and downtown festivities to Sunday’s final races, there’s no shortage of energy or entertainment. Whether you’re a die-hard fan or checking us out for the first time, this is the perfect event to soak up sun, speed, and local flavor.
Friday kicks off with race boat inspections, dunker testing, and a full day of entertainment at Washington Park, including the always-popular BrewFest on the boardwalk. The food court and vendor area will be open all day, and downtown Michigan City will be buzzing with First Friday on Franklin and a live band rocking the boardwalk into the night. Saturday brings the heat with offshore testing in the morning and racing action beginning at noon. Fans can catch everything from bracket class racing to PRO Class 1 and Super Cat qualifying, plus the iconic boat parade rolling through Franklin Street in the evening.
Sunday rounds out the weekend with another full day of high-speed racing, including Factory Stock, Super V & Mod V, Super Cat, Super Stock, and PRO Class 1. The energy continues with brunch in the VIP and Racers Tents and more live music into the afternoon. We’ll wrap it all up with an awards ceremony and dinner at Blue Chip Casino, celebrating a weekend full of world-class racing and lakeside community spirit.
